How do I return my engine core?Updated 3 years ago

As of May 2023, engine core returns can be processed through our returns portal. Enter your order number and confirmation information (either email, shipping zip code, or phone number). In the return portal, choose your cores and click "next":

Choose "Core Charge (Engine or Automatic Transmission):

Confirm your selections:

Review the return policy:

Choose "Refund to Payment Method":

Receive your pending RMA request:

GoWesty will review your return request and send you an invoice for your return freight shipping. Once the return freight is paid for, GoWesty will arrange a pick up for you for your core.
