Print-on-demand items didn't arrive on time. May I get a refund?Updated a year ago

We do our best to notify customers about lead times to ship and delivery times for items, but since these are drop ship items that we can't control the manufacturing and shipping of, we make no guarantees about delivery times for print-on-demand items. Since each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds for print-on-demand items.
