Why didn't my sale pricing apply?Updated a year ago
Sale pricing should automatically apply to all eligible items. One thing to check is that the pricing is actually applying, but it looks strange in the cart. Automatic sales discounts will show in the subtotal, not in the cart line, like this:
Another thing to check is if the item(s) are eligible for sale pricing. If items aren't available for sale pricing, you will see this information on the product pages:
If you were seeing sale pricing on an item and it suddenly disappeared, back out of the page or the cart and try again. Sometimes there is a hiccup in the system and the pricing disappears for a moment. A refresh usually gets it to show back up again.
