If you chose UPS Next Day Air before 2PM Pacific Time and your package did not arrive the next day, please let us know and we will be happy to initiate an investigation with UPS to get you your money back on this.
If you chose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select, UPS has suspended any guarantees about the delivery timeframe on these services and we will be unable to initiate any investigations for you.
If you chose USPS Priority Mail, unfortunately this service, despite its speedy name, is not considered an expedited service and is the only service available by USPS for packages weighing 1 or more lbs. USPS makes no guarantees about the delivery timeframe for this service.
